I left the Naval Sea Systems Command in 1991 and set up a company to sell Decision Systems. After about six years of futility I turned all of my attention to putting together my Trilogy “On Which We Serve.”
I would only add that most importantly my concept of a Decision Support System could not function without the capabilities of the HNeT computer (Holographic Neural Network) as devised and produced by the AND Corp. of Toronto, Canada. Mr. Sutherland of said company was most helpful.
